Fitness Strategies is a family owned and operated fitness and exercise studio, specializing in one-on-one personal training, strength training and conditioning, and post-rehab medical exercise. We also feature a variety of conditioning clinics for golf, tennis and other sports, as well as small group fitness classes.
All of our trainers are certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the American Council on Exercise, and other highly rated professional fitness organizations.
We stay informed and educated regarding the latest fitness research and developments, so we can provide the highest quality safety, instruction and supervision for our clients.
